So beautiful! Britney Spears in a photo shoot from 1999. Not sure who shot this - one site said Sandra Johnston, another said Willy Camden. Regardless, it's Brit who makes this picture so amazing, wearing a blue tube top and blue miniskirt, laying on a plush, feathery blanket. I love you, Britney!!!
